Microchip PIC17C766 MCU. I put this here because I haven’t found much information on
using the PIC17CXXX series on the internet. Unlike the majority of the “FLASH”
parts that they produce, the 17C7XXX series are harder to buy, harder to
program, as well as more expensive.

Overall I have been wanting to play with this processor
for some time now. Unfortunately my time has been somewhat limited. Luckily I
had a few days to start playing with it and must admit that it takes some
getting use to. As I develop more and more “routines” for the PIC17C7XX series
I will post them as well as the all information one would need to duplicate it.
