My name is Rizos Yannis. I was born on July 29th 1979, in
Greece.
I live in Thessaloniki, cultural capital of Europe 1997, a city
that I really love!
I've been using a computer in general since 1988 (when I got a
PC/XT) and with programming since 1990. I prefer using Pascal and almost
every piece of
software I've written is for some pascal compiler. I use the Internet
mainly for downloading and chatting rather anything else. I teach Pascal,
the general use of MS-Windows and their most popular software and the basics
of the Internet.
I am a student of the Technological Institure of Kavala (Oil Department)
and
I'm trying (via the Panhellenic exams) to enter the Computer Science
Department of the Aristotle's University of Thessaloniki
I like music (greek and foreign rock and underground), science
fiction literature and chess. I enjoy walking very much, but everyone complains
they get too tired when they walk with me! I follow the formula-1 championship
from the national TV station. I am a fan of P.A.O.K.
by love and without fanatism. I'm interested
in physics and more specific in astronomy and cosmology,as well
as
mathematics.
I get tired of the bureaucraty that rules life in Greece. I hate
politics and the
Greek educational system. Our country gave the lights to the world
and now
we must pay the bill!
