Unique Knowledge

If I did not know the sum of two and two,
I could calculate it
But if I forgot the name of one like you,
I could not derive it.
Looking for invisible hay
is not like picking a seen bone.
Analysis goes a long way,
but knowledge is a stepping stone.

I want to make sense of everything I do
but while I wait, I must do things that make sense.

Compare holding on to something
