I've dedicated this portion of the site to my passion...art work. I studied commercial art under Dr. Linda Sandborn. She was awesome! I couldn't have asked for a better prof. From her I learned, illustration, technical drawing, color theory and perspective to name a few. I have since given presentations/seminars of my own on color.

I'm a big fan of Greek art..in other words classicism and accordingly also a Renaissance fan. However, I do not limit myself there. I am a great admirer of Klimt, Warhol, Monet, Botticelli, Van Gogh and yes, Picasso...a fascinating character. A few years ago I studied his technique and early classical subjects and produced a piece I entitled A La Picasso which I later sold.

In terms of design, I guess we all have a philosophy. I come from the school of thought that perfection and symmetry come from nature. No, it's not new. Don't be fooled though, I am not a fan of landscape painting. Nor can I say that stately portraiture is all that fascinating but the ability to capture the essence is an amazing gift. Design in terms of graphic art in print, web and/or CD-ROM is a little different though. Although meticulous on detail and an eye for perfection, even I realize that in a media such as this less is definitely more....
