A Call For Papers
Dr. Anatoly P. Smirnov, and the Local Organising Committee
would like to invite You to take part in the work of a conference that will
take place from 17 to 22 June 1996, in St.-Petersburg, Russia.
The following committees are planned:
- PHYSICS
- 1. Modern problems in physics. Theoretical reports.
- 2. New energetics, practical results.
- 3. Gravitation and overlapping technologies.
- 4. Development of Tesla's ideas.
- GEOLOGY
- 5-day Seminar "Ecological problems and geology"
will take place in parallel with physics committee.
Please, send the title of your paper, your name and address
for contacts, fax, email, and abstract of your paper (from 10
to 20 lines) to the FAX-address of organizing committee:

to prepare the program of conference.
You may Use the
Registration Form to do this when Registering, but a separate email is preferred.
Send a complete copy of your paper by mail to the
following address:

- Papers may be up to 10 pages and 2 Figures.
Consideration of papers cannot be assured
if received after April 30, 1996
We will print a book of all papers in English before the conference
for all speakers, to help international discussion.

Planned Lectures by 30 invited Russian speakers will include:
- electrogravitation, free energy,

In the work of the conference will also take part specialists of the
Military Space Academy, St. Petersburg.
The Forum will be held from 17 to 22 June, 1996. We are
planning 5-days work, 10 AM - 3 PM sessions, workshops devoted
to experimental systems and devices will take place in the end of
every day. June 22 is a reserve day for work.

the text of your paper indicating your desire to take part in the Conference. For more
