WHAT IT IS
Web TimeLog is a program designed for keeping track of on-line time and costs. In addition to this it provides some other useful functionalities. The user can set alarm that chimes at preset times to serve as a reminder.

New features that are planned include the ability to automatically open and close applications depending on  whether the user is online or not. This will be useful for Internet related applications that the user previously had to   start manually whenever he/she goes online.
