FLEXURAL STRENGTH BY BOND WRENCH TEST
Flexural bond strength tests were performed on 20 specimens (Fig.2). The specimens were stressed up to 1.0 Mpa. All of the specimens were able to resist this stress without any visible damage. It may be thus assumed that the bond strength be rated at the maximum allowable design value of 1.0 Mpa.

Just look at these engineering qualities.
- High earthquake impact resistance (stronger than timber frames) for areas such as Tokyo and the U.S etc.
- Great for strong winds such as cyclones and hurricanes.
- 200 year design life on structures.
- Great for tornadoes, floods and fires eg. U.S etc.
- Great for coastal areas because it wont rust.
- Snow and ice areas -freeze-thaw capabilities.
- Same strength category as Tracked Vehicle Concrete.
- Shear strengths in excess of of 6.5 Mpa.
- High fire-rating.
- Very high bond and flexural strengths.
- Extremely high load-bearing strength and better
- looking than either concrete or timber.
Richard Cummins proudly showing off some brick
work laid using his revolutionary Bricklaying KitOther Advantages-
- Bricks can be laid in wet weather.
- Blocks can also be laid (up to 3 times quicker).
- The tool is light, transportable and mobile enough to use on any job site.
- A far superior mortar, with high resistence to rising damp and sea salt erosion e.g. concrete strengths.
- Quality control from start to finish with the best news that it takes just 5 minutes to learn how to use the tool.
- This is great solution both for both the handyman or the professional, where the bricks are laid perfectly every time.
