I believe strongly in supporting others to succeed.

In the manner of many men, I have defined my roles in life. In each role, I have described an activity which could be defined as coaching or mentoring.

I have defined my role as a mentor in the following way:

As a mentor, I take responsibility for myself and nurture myself. I invest time and energy towards my students. I am willing to learn in order to effectively instruct and guide their learning. I always bring the highest standards of integrity and honesty to my role as mentor. I support students to learn and create positive change in their lives. I encourage my students to maintain a positive, accountable self-awareness. I maintain a balance of humor, spirituality and vulnerability in my role as mentor.
