Exhibitors in our show need to buy one registration tag per cage. Cockatiel, Finch and American Singer exhibitors buy just one tag per cage from the Santa Clara club, the 2nd tag for the 2nd show is obtained from the division manager at a possible additional cost.
Tags will be for sale during registration at Temple Emanu-El: Friday December 12, 7-9 pm and Saturday, December 13, 8-9 am. American Singer canaries must be registered by Friday evening. All show birds must remain in the show hall until checkout on Saturday at 5 pm. Bird exhibitors and catalog advertisers will receive a free show catalog
You may pre-order your show tags for our Show by submitting the following form. Tags are $5 each with a maximum cost of $75. When we get your order, we will confirm the total price with you. Tags will not be given out until payment is received. Sorry, no special requests for registration numbers or out-of-order sequences. Additional tags may be ordered later No refunds for unused tags. (Consider any losses a donation to the club, a worthy cause!)
DEADLINES
You may purchase tags using this form up to December 10, 2008.
However, if you want the show tags mailed to you before the show,
your payment must be received by December 6, either using PayPal,
or your check must be at the club PO box by then.
