Wolfenstein 3d Demo Version (1.93 Megabytes)
I don't have room for this file on my site, but the above link is a pointer to the appropriate place at the Texas Mac Archive, which is always easily accessible, in my experience.
NOTE: To get the "hidden" picture in Wolf 3d, type 'b' when you get to the ID software screen.

Wolf Edit 2.0 Demo!! (112K)
I only know that It works with all versions of wolf 3d.

Wolf Edit 201 to 202 update

Wolf Edit 1.1 (112K)

This is the level editor for Wolfenstein 3D, written by Greg Ewing. It comes in a folder with a README file explaining all the bug fixes as well as a resource file containing all the same 2nd encounter resources that Dave Rager provided with his ResEdit patch a while back. WolfEdit v1.1 automatically offers to add these things in if you want, but you shouldn't unless you're using a 2nd Encounter application (not the demo, which is 1st Encounter).

Wolf Edit 1.1 -> 1.1C updater[patch]
This update to WolfEdit 1.1 enables WolfEdit 1.1 to be used with the 3rd Encounter and commercial versions of Wolfenstein 3D.

WolfMaker v1.1
Here is an untested (by me) update to the random-level generator for Wolfenstein. It requires WolfEdit to work and only generates First Encounter style levels. Future versions promise 2nd Encounter levels. Comes with simple instructions.

WolfenCheat 1.0-
For those of you who prefer v1.0 of this extension, I include it here. The main difference is that v1.0 doesn't automatically show you where all the secret doors are like v2.01 is supposed to.

WolfenCheat 2.01 (9K)
This is a nifty little program that automates the codes in Wolf 3d and facilitates cheating. I find it indispensible for tracking down those pesky secret doors. You use it as an Extension in your System Folder. It was written by Carl Haynes.

Wolf 3d Cheat Codes
For those of you who don't want to bother installing the extension but would like to use the cheat codes, here is a page listing all of them and their effects. There may be more than this if I recall correctly. If you know of more, please send them to me.

WolfenZoom v1.2 - outdated
This freeware program is a "pixel doubler" for Wolf 3D, optimized for the PowerPC. Works well on other Macs, too. It's a way of increasing the size of the playing screen at a cost of decreased resolution (but NOT at a cost of decreased speed).

New Endgame graphic (78K) - outdated
This file contains a .sit.hqx file with an ASCII header explaining how to install this new picture as a resource into your Wolf game in place of the ad for 3rd Encounter that usually comes up when you win. Submitted by Rich Pizor.

Talking Icons (390K) - outdated
This document, when translated, gives you a folder with twelve mini-applications. Double-click on any one of them, and they'll talk to you just like in the game. Kinda cute for your desktop. Includes icons for all the characters in Second Encounter, but Wolf3d is not necessary for it to work, to the best of my knowledge. Submitted by Laz Rojas (filmman@pacificnet.net).

Ki Force Hack- outdated
Submitted by Joel Adams (radams@winternet.com). A hack for players of the game "Killer Instinct" with instructions on installation. Doesn't work with the demo version of Wolf 3d.

WolfEdit Enhanced - outdated
Submitted by Blake Zuckerman (zuckerma@sfu.ca). An add-on to WolfEdit that expands your options, including objects such as false doors, ghosts, day/night scenes, etc. Blake says: "WolfEdit Enchanced used to be WolfEdit SUPER!. 3rd Encounter or Commercial version of Wolfenstein is needed."

Ambush Instructions- outdated
Submitted by Michael D. Baron (michael.baron@bbsrc.ac.uk). A set of instructions with graphics and ResEdit resources that allow you to set up more ambushes by SS guards and mutants.

New Wolfenstein Sounds
Submitted by horace@erinet.com. Possibly works for all versions but only tested on 3rd encounter.

WolfAid 1.1a (632K)

WolfEdit 1.1 tutorial

Wolf 3d AutoTyper
A utility from Laz Rojas (filmman@pacificnet.net) for owners of 3rd Encounter and the commercial version. Converts 1st/2nd Encounter levels made with WolfEdit into the 3rd Encounter format.
