Hit the Start Button->Programs->Accessories-> Internet Tools-> Get On The Internet. At the Welcome screen-> hit Next-> select Manual-> hit Next -> hit Next -> Connect Using My Phone Line-> hit Next-> Do Not use Windows messaging-> hit Next -> When it asks for the Name of Service provider, hit the little drop down arrow and select Sergecom-> hit Next ->our area code and phone number should be in here-> hit Next ->enter your username and password-> hit Next -> dot My Internet Service Provider automatically assigns me one-> hit Next -> The DNS numbers should be here (207.149.11.1 and 207.149.11.2) -> hit Next -> hit Finish.

One last part. On your Desktop or under Control Panel, you should see an icon called The Internet. Right click on The Internet icon and left click on Properties-> go to the Navigation tab-> in the address box replace what is there with HTTP://www.sergecom.net ->hit Ok.
