NetObjects Fusion Another powerful and advanced tool.

Netscape Composer/Navigator Gold may not muster the sanzzy tagging of AOLPress, but it's just as easy to use.

PhotoShop
PaintShop Pro is the most used graphic tool. It not only reads any graphic file but also lets you convert one format to another.
VuePrint is another good image editor, which also plays music and video files.
Microsoft Image Composer was used to create some of the images on this web site.
Microsoft Gif Animator is a good program for creating animation.

For Macintosh

Free Art offers pre-designed buttons and also allows you to create your own.
GifBuilder lets you create animations very easily.

Geocities offers free personal home page and 6 megs of disk space.
Angelfire offeres free personal home page and 5 megs of disk space.
Xoom
Achievement International offers free web hosting but your site will have to be smaller than 200 Kb.
ArrowWeb gives you half a meg of disk space, unlimited hits and full FTP upload and download access. But it reserves right to decline anything besides G- or PG-rated pages.
CRHome Student Web offers up to 500 Kb of free space for students only.
Tool-Box gives you one personal and one business page, each subject to approval.
