My How, What, Where and When Site for Registering Web Site's on the Search Engines
Well...now you have that Great Page all ready for Display. You just need for the masses to be able to find it...right?
Some tips!
Most search engines look for (Key Words), and they look for them in the Title, in the Meta tags, and the first few lines of your page.
What are Key Words?
Well say for instance your page was about, ummmm, "Mud Fights at Joes Mud Ring". If you want the search engines to find these words (Mud Fights)=(Key Words), they need to be in the Title of your page, in the meta tags, and in the first few lines on your page. If you put other stuff at the top of your page, like "Marys Best Jokes", or if the Title of your Page is "Arnies's Weird Page", and then start talking about Mud Fighting way down on the page, the Search Engines will probably miss them.
