Port Already Open/in Use

• Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE to open the Close Program dialog box.
• Click Rnaapp to select it, and then click End Task.
• Try again.

if all else fails, Restart your computer

(sorry these are not really fixes, just things that work, I will put more on this later)
