The Zoo

The Zoo is the official Panda disk magazine covering all kinds of everything... from Garage music and Richard Whitely to The Floating Wiltshire Wizard Man and sex with trees. Quite an eclectic magazine by all accounts. Issues one to four are currently available on the site in our downloads section and you are quite welcome to spread the magazine as you see fit. At the moment they are only here in Amiga versions but Targaff has converted the issues so they can be run via the PC - and they don't look bad at all, considering.

The Zoo is edited by Jude and Cachet (who also coded the magazine system with multi-layered semi-transparancy, beautiful justified font handling and sturdy grips) and the care that goes into this magazine really shows. Each issue contains around 100 articles andoriginal title pictures (the title screen to issue 2 by Jude is pictured) and tune (by mr music, Fishboy).

The current future of The Zoo is unclear but we are still very active in collecting articles. Anyone can contribute to The Zoo and well written articles are always in great demand, so if you fancy yourself on the keyz then email an article or three to my address. The subjects entirely up to you, as heavy or as lighthearted as you like, scene or non-scene. If we like it (and we most probably will) you'll get your writings enjoyed by all.
