This is the MIDI page.
MIDI is a standard that shows how to play, create, and transfer music
with a computer or an electronic musical device. MIDI is actually 3 things.
First, it is a file format that stores the music notation. Second it is
a communication protocol so two or more musical devices (ex. a multimedia
computer and a music keyboard) can share the midi file and talk to each
other. Last it is also a connector, or hardware interface that connects
the musical devices together.
