LiteShow v1.1

Welcome to Lite show! This Palm OS application is designed to bring features of presentation software to Palms. It uses a show and page metaphor, where pages are part of a show and appear in a set sequence. There are a variety of uses that this software can be put to, the following are some examples:

As a learning aid

As a marketing tool. Next time you are sit next to someone on a plane, why not have a quick show about your company or product.

A means to organize notes.

As a presentation tool in its own right!

SmokeFreeZone v1.03

This application was written to help people quitting smoking. To do this it calculates the following information:

The number of cigarettes not smoked

The money saved

Life added by not smoking

Total days quit All you have to do is enter the date and time you quit smoking, how many you smoked, the price of a pack of 20 and finally the hours you are awake during the day. It then accurately determines how many cigarettes you would have smoked during the day.

Snaker v3.1

This is a variation of the game that can be found on Nokia mobile phones. I used it as a way to understand how to write Palm games. This version which support sounds and new obstacles. The obstacles can be turned off.

Fuel Log v2.4

This application was written to keep track of the fuel used to run vehicles, i.e. the date, amount, total cost and distance travelled. This application then calculates the fuel economy since the last fill up, and an average cost. It supports many types of units of measurement, e.g. Metric, Imperial and English (US unit types). A summary screen is also available showing averages of your data.
