VS-Upgrader for Macintosh
VS-Upgrader is a simple utility program for downloading the .MID files
provided by Roland for updating the operating system. It requires OMS and
a compatible MIDI interface (should also work with the OMS emulation mode
provided by some versions of FreeMIDI). Please read the accompanying
documentation carefully.
Roland is now providing the sequencer program MIDIGraphy on its
web site for Mac users wanting to
upgrade their VS machines via MIDI so if you experience any problems with
this program (or even just have doubts about using it) then use that instead.
