Ahh!  Another earthling!  The human running this site told us to accept and collect any files we are submitted.  At first we disagreed, but than at Alpha Tauri, we heard a message broadcast over hyper wave channel 34 from Dogar and Kazon!  They told us that we Dill-rats ought to help those wonderful humans.  So here we are, at your service.
