Image Magic provides a new way to estimate and analyzes features
of your surface; for example quantum dots or mounds.The Particle
Analysis method enables to find peaks on the surface image. The
peak maxima are considered to be the highest point of quantum dot
or other analyzing features. Then the method enables to find feature
contours. |
Analyses of particle distribution
The analyze procedure consists from two stages:
1.Particle Identification
To find maxima and estimate the radius and height of the features,
to set the minimum and maximum grain sizes and update the
results.
2.Contour Tracing
To find their contours and specify the particle parameters
more accurate.
