What, you may ask, do I mean by that? I mean that I want to make people understand Slayers the way it was created, not the way some fans are interpreting it. I can accept drooling over Zel, but not people painting themselves into a story and having Zel fall for them, a total stranger. It just wouldn't happen. It's not GONNA happen. So, I made this webpage - Slayers Purist, to help differentiate between fiction and.. uh.. the fiction that Kanzaka created. : ).I think I get the definitions for the people right, but if any of you have an argument as to how a character is defined, you should mail me. Remember, I've only seen what's been translated.

UPDATE: I shan't be updating this site anymore -- I know that some of my definitions and whatnot are wrong, as I have now seen all the 3 Slayers series, as well as the 2 OVA series, the 4 movies, and Lost Universe. So if you wanna argue, that's fine, but please, don't make it on the Lina-Gourry thing. What happened at the end of Next was FAN SERVICE. Notice that no permanent changes occured. If such a thing had happened, one of the primary dynamics of the show would've gone under, and the whole thing would've grinded to a halt. NOBODY is getting together in this series, because it is going to go on forever, if for no other reason than to make money. This has been my cynical thought of the day. Have a jolly good surfing!
