Welcome to my memespace. I hope you've come here willing to exchange some ideas, because this site is dedicated to design philosophy. Computer game design is my particular passion, but it's not the only kind of design I like to discuss.
All design-- good design-- requires an artistic approach tempered by scientific accuracy. Many computer game designers have the scientific part well practiced, but few really have the elegant artistic aspect in focus. It is my aim to discuss this delimma using this website as a forum.
NEW! I've started work on a series of articles about game design.
Coming Soon! I'm working to finish a discussion and exercise featuring some custom levels for the excellent and hillariously demented game Smashing Pumpkins Into Small Piles of Putrid Debris (SPISPOPD). The discussion will appear on the Design page.
I have some really ancient and primitive work I did on display in the Gallery, along with some other fun stuff, if you care to look (DX-Ball soundpack is back online for those who requested).
