There are many different search utilities available for searching the Internet. I have made available the ones that I find more useful and helpful. They all have their unique advantage. What's New keeps a very updated list of all the new sites that are coming on line daily, and you can search for Today's new items, Yesterday's new items, Last Week's new items, or Everything> Excite allows you to search more than just the Web Sites, but also the Newsgroups, Usenet Classified, Excite Web Site Reviews. Infoseek I find is very fast and you can search by company name. Web Crawler is a web spider type of search tool that regularily goes from site to site reading the different sites' pages and gathering information about the World Wide Web constantly, very large database to search.
If you do not feel comfortable in using these Search Engines it is probably because you do not know how these utilities work. Each of the different search engines below offer extensive help options and some are very good type of tutorials on how to use their program. I have linked to their help pages so you can access their information [Use your browser's Back button to return to these pages].
