This site is intended those with general computer knowledge but with little experience so far using OS/2 Warp. You might find some interesting material for study. Then you might be better able to set up a user machine to run a voice dictation program under OS/2 Warp, or another such application.
The websites were chosen mainly with the guidance of announcements in the newsgroup comp.os.os2.announce for the first half of 1997, together with some tips in comp.os.os2.moderated and others. It is suggested to use http://www.dejanews.com to recover current tips from large newsgroups such as comp.os.os2.setup.misc .
Programmers may also find the site useful, by linking indirectly via
the larger link sites listed to find technical information on the internal
functioning of their tools, and such matters.
