My name is Steve Goodman.
I, like many others, was introduced to computers
in the early '80s. My Apple II gave me endless hours of enjoyment.
I played games, hex edited games, wrote some cheesy graphics routines,
and ran a BBS. I knew I was a geek, so I figured I might as well
be a total geek. I received a BS in Computer Science from The University
of North Texas in 1992 and started working on my first published title
for a game company.
I have contributed to the development of the following
published titles:
-
Kronolog (CastleWorks/Merit Studios)
-
Command Adventures: Starship (FutureVision/Merit
Studios)
-
Harvester (FutureVision/Merit Studios)
-
Game Break:Pumbaa and Timon's Jungle Games (7th Level/Disney
Interactive)
-
Return To Krondor (7th Level, later bought by Sierra)
I am currently not working for a game company, so
I have plenty of time to work on the games
you see on my web site. Of coarse, I would jump at the chance
to work for a game company again. It's very difficult developing
three games at once by yourself. In the mean
time, I've been trying to start my own game
company.
