If you do not see a "Ticker" working across the screen, you probably do not have "JAVA" plug-in loaded

Before any of you begin looking through this site I would like you to get acquainted with a few things.

To the left of your window is a fixed menu, so what ever topic you click the menu will still be there and the information will show up on the right of the menu bar most of the time.

Any time you see a hand or pointer finger show up versus an arrow when you move your mouse around a Web page it means there is link there.
