View a test clip from my current stop motion project. This section is devoted to my animation projects. Part of my current project involves a couple scenes inside a church. I have constructed the benches and podium from matte board. To create the benches, I drew a template of each piece of the bench. I then traced the template several times onto the matte board and cut out the many pieces. Surprisingly it didn't take too long. I had all the benches built and painted in a couple days. To create the wood texture, I spraypainted the benches brown and then brushed in the texture with a paintbrush. This is the set so far. 18 Benches and the podium. I will be constructing the floor with wood, and the walls with either wood or matte board. The podium is made from matte board, and balsa wood for the trim. The microphone is a Q-tip painted black. This is my zipper guy. I first built a wireframe skeleton using florist's wire and apoxy putty. The skeleton was then covered with clay. The zipper is real.
