Basic Mysticism: This page goes over what Mysticism is and what Mystics supposedly believed. A good overview of the concept of Mysticism.
Margery Kempe: There are very few pages covering the Mystics, but this one covers almost every aspect of Margery Kempe's life. It has a good biography, her history, and excerpts from The Book of Margery Kempe.
Julian of Norwich: This page was done by the same person as the above page on Margery Kempe, and so has the same format. It is very informative.

I was not able to find more sites on the Mystics, but these sites, especially the last two have the bulk of all information on the Mystics studied in class.
