John J. Vopalensky was born July 7, 1897. Raised in Milwaukee, he married Laura Ethel Okan, (b. January 22, 1898). Thier wedding date is unknown.

John was also called "Jack" in his lifetime. While the Joseph, Frank, and James remained close, Jack's "branch" of the Vopal family seemed to go its own way. Not much is currently known about his side of the family.

Gwendolyn G. (b. March 1, 1928)
David J. (b. July 28, 1834)
John passed away on July 7, 1951 and Laura on July 20, 1970.

Robert married Charlotte L. Wright (b.d. unknown, marriage date unknown) and had one child Carl Robert, born on April 5, 1944. He then had one child by his second wife, Janet Drew, Dean P. born on February 12, 1949.
Carl married Claudia Irmo on March 18, 1967.
Dean married Janene Kay Manes Petrosky on February 22, 1975.
Descendants of Gwen
Gwen married George J. Dorn (b. 1923, d. June 30, 1984) on April 27, 1946. They had three children: Douglas (b.d. unknown), Laurie (b.d. unknown) and Jaclyn (b.d. unknown).
The only records found showed that Douglas Dorn had a wife by the name of Gayle, and Jaclyn married a man by the name of John Labonte.
Descendants of David
David married Arlene M. Bartung on November 17, 1956. We have no records of any children. He then remarried Jean K. Hansen on May 25, 1971.
