Short Bio

very short

At age ten, I wrote plays and short stories. After attempting such occupations as air traffic controller, laboratory technician, real estate agent, apartment manager and legal assistant, I'm back to my original choice -- writer.

I enjoy traveling and I have visited Canada, Greenland, Iceland (Iceland was green, but Greenland was not), Scotland, England, France, Monaco, Japan, the Philippines, Mexico....

Naturally, I am interested in languages and speak French fluently, read and write in Latin, have some knowledge of Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Tagalog.

Over the years, some of my interests have included (but not limited to): flying, sailing, theatre, concerts, reading and writing SF, golf, tennis, motorcycles (Norton 750cc), rifle and pistol target shooting (expert .45 pistol), etc.

My poems and essays have appeared in Calliope, Sophomore Jinx, Ozark Triangle Press, FAYRDAW, Samsara, La Pierna Tierna, Eclipse and SF & F Workshop Newsletter.
Short stories in Over My Dead Body!, Dark Thirty, Smokies Signal and The Fifth Di--.

Philosophy of life - I have learned lessons from life and have often found the lessons grow progressively harsher until I "get" the message.
