Numb Without You
01/15/84

Last night in a dream, I was with you.
In your arms so warm, I could really feel you!

But then you turned from me. Time and I were frozen.
Others tried to melt me, which just showed them,

I am the coldest ice, I cannot melt.
Since I cannot feel your touch, nought else is felt.
