| How did I end up out here? Some friends were traveling cross country and I agreed to meet them in Riggins ID, a couple hours south of Clarkston, and set them up to go rafting with an outfitter I worked for several years back. We all went and before I got back on land, I was working for the company again to help finish out the season. I would drive down and stay for 4-5 days at a time, worked 14 hr days in the office, slept outside on the back of an inflatable kayak. | |
