When lightening strikes, it sears the flesh...burns the heart...leaves behind in its wake a smoldering. It leaves with you the knowing that you will never be the same again. NOTHING will ever be the same again. But what happens when it strikes a second time?

First there is fear...total terror. "My god!! Am I strong enough to go through this again? Can I withstand the possibility of being scorched a second time?" The answer lies within.

If the first strike was strong and pure...white light...pure light...then those burning embers will not have left behind just a hole, not just an emptiness. But instead they will have left a "fingerprint"...a gauge if you will, by which you will forever measure all that dares to burn you again.

And if in fact you are one of the lucky ones, and the second strike is AS strong...AS pure...then the strike will not leave you just a charred, barren sillouette. Rather, those remaining embers from the first strike will be re-ignited, and a flame more perfect than lightening itself, will burn eternal within your soul.

The scary part, is knowing that only God knows for sure when and where lightening will strike to begin with. Ours is nothing more than to decide whether or not to take the risk of standing out in the open, or seeking shelter from the storm.
