1. These awards are for personal websites only.
2. Websites with adult, racist, sexist, or other offensive material are disqualified.
3. I'm at ease with only two languages: English, and Filipino, so if your site is not written in any of the two, don't ask for this award. I can also understand German, French and Spanish, but I don't wanna give myself a hard time anymore.
4. If you have like, 300++ awards already, please don't apply anymore. Unless you're site is really a blast, (or if you dare me to do something and I lost) you won't win.
5. Ok, I will be strict on giving this award now. Your site must not only be a schmuck of links to other sites. If get tempted to click on any of that, it's sayonara to you!
6. Your site must have a theme, or at least a reason why you've put it up. You do have a reason for putting it up, do you? It should not be just a house for your adopted pets, chat, or awards you've won--you're not saying anything! I don't wanna be rude, but some sites are just senseless, you know.
7. You must have a page where I will get to know you. I do want to know who I'm awarding...
8. It should be easy to navigate, I hate clicking the back and forward buttons on my browser.
9. About the hi-tech stuff: Frames are fine, as long as I don't get stuck in it (and if I do, it's minus-minus!) and that you're sure of what you've done with it. Javas are cool, as long as there's not too much. I basically like sound clips, but if I find the song disgusting, I should have the option to turn it off. If your site does not have these, fine with me.
10. This one's really not a rule, but a plead to webowners: PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPELLINGS, PUNCTUATIONS, and GRAMMAR. It's the littlest stuff that is the most annoying.
