| Items can
be return within 15 days with authorization by filling out all
the information on the return form. Magnum Performance does
not accept responsibilities for damages incurred after the customer
has signed for the merchandise in perfect conditions. Have your
customer number ready. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery
before calling for your order. There is a 25% restocking fee
on all returned merchandises. |
| Warranties

| The manufacturer
warrants all Products not manufactured by Magnum Performance.
Neither Magnum Performance nor the manufacturer may be held
responsible for the misuse of any purchased merchandise. For
defective merchandise the invoice number must be included for
returns. Engines cannot be returned to Magnum Performance is
gassed or oiled. |

| Checks received
with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are made
assuming they will be shipped completely. Back orders will be
shipped as we receive the merchandises. Credit card order will
be charged at the time of transaction for in-stock items. Credit
cards order will not be charged for backorder item until available
for complete shipment. Magnum Performance reserves the right
to verify funds with the financial institutions before shipping
of merchandise; therefore, delaying the merchandise 7-10 business
days. There is a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks.

taxes |
| California
residents must pay sales tax only on merchandises not on shipping
charges. However, out-of-state orders do not pay sales taxes
on merchandises or shipping charges. |

are subject to change without any notice. Magnum Performance
reserves the right to correct any layout and print errors. Supplies
are limited. |
| Shipping |
| Magnum Performance
ships via UPS, FedEx, or trucking companies. Very large and
heavy packages will be shipped via freight. Please call us for
quotes. Write your telephone number on the invoice to schedule
merchandise delivery and unloading arrangements. |
