Today
I tried to call your house
Just to see how you were doing
And to let you know I cared
But the line was busy
So , then I thought I'd write you a letter
Just a few written words to say hello
And how are you
But then I realized
That I had too much to say
So , instead
I am writing you this poem
I want to let you know
That I enjoyed the time spent with you
