Planning permission has been granted for the erection of the Throat Hotel, a site for many spendid stories, and perhaps the heart of BON world. Each room will have a jukebox with a hand-picked selection of unearthed rare grooves from BONtempo records, northern soul specialists for the underground. There will also be a wierd and wonderful mixture of characters hand-crafted by Julia Darling, Bridget O'Connor, Margaret Wilkinson and Chaz Brenchley. The decor is currently being conjured up in tasteful shades of cardboard by Paul, Helen and Claire.
