Lakes in El Salvador have hotels and semi-private beaches. Hotels have access to the semi-public beaches and the majority of hotels don't charge to park your car. Some hotels offer clean pools, grassy areas fronting to the beach. The rooms at some hotels are big but far from cheap. The restaurants have great views of some of the lakes and live Latin music on the weekends. Remember, if you didn't happen to bring your own jet-ski, you can still hire a boat for a tour of the lake. A trip on a boat can cost you $7 for a 30 minute ride and some boats can carry up to 15 people. |
