There are a couple spots where surfers arrive on daily basis, but most of the country's breaks see few if any waves rippers. Adventurous surf vagabonds have been heading to El Salvador for years, but their numbers have never approached the kind of crowds that regularly appear at Costa Rica's most popular breaks. Even during the high season, the majority of the surfers at any Salvadoran break are locals, of which there aren't many. |
