Who Can Stop the Rain?

I really enjoy rainy days. Yes, I'm one of those really depressing, gloomy people, but there is something about rainy days that makes me happy. Maybe it's the childhood fascination of splashing around in puddles, or maybe it's the fresh clean scent completely different from the latest in household cleaners. Or just the feeling of getting soaked to the skin.

Unfortunately, the problem is that whenever I try to enjoy a rainstorm, I miss it by a few minutes. I have not been rained upon in months. I walked indoors today and the moment I crossed the threshold, the clouds burst. I haven't enjoyed a good rain in ages. So, who can start the rain?
