Happy Holidays
Happy Holidays and in particular, Merry Xmas. Look, it doesn't matter what you believe; there is something special about this time of year. Consider the fact that three major religions (Christianity, Judaism, and Islam) all have major holidays congregating within this month. This might not seem like much, for it does leave out other major faiths like Hinduism and Buddhism, but these three religions all share a common Holy Land. They were in the same place at the same time; something must have happened for all to recognize this time of year with holidays. Maybe it was the birth of a remarkable man, a lamp staying lit for eight days with only one day's worth of oil, God revealing the truth to a single man, or something we don't even know anymore. Still, something made this winter month important enough to be celebrated. Enjoy it.
