Failed Starts

Ever wonder how I continually write these Diogenes? They don't always come flowing out as regularly as I would like. Here are a few false starts I've had over the past few months. Someday I might actually finish one of these initial starts.

Have you ever had to test the waters in the metaphorical sense?

When are we truly safe? As cold, stark reality will put it, there is always danger around every corner, behind every electron.
