Lament of the Nice Guy

I have come to the conclusion that I am a nice guy. By common law, I am destined to always come in last. I am the guy parents might tell their kids to emulate. I am the guy who women will say that my love will be lucky and treated right. I am the guy who apologizes for the actions of others. I am the guy who burdens the world on his shoulders when he could certainly shrug it off to more able titans. I am the loser guy in the movie who gives up his dreams so that others may soar. I am the guy who would mouth three words in silence no matter the pain. I am the guy who just is himself. I'm nice. It's my tragic flaw.
