MARTINI (my perfect recipe)

• 1 splash Dry Vermouth
• 1 1/2-2 oz. Gin or Vodka

1. Splash dry vermouth into shaker and swirl
2. Empty shaker
3. Add gin or vodka (I personally hate gin, and it's always recommended to use the best liquor available)
4. Shake and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

1. Keep your (best) vodka in the freezer alongside a chilled martini glass
2. Buy good olives (preferably the triple-stuffed kind: pimentos, onions, and almonds)
3. Drain olive juice and replace with quality dry vermouth. Keep refrigerated.

5. Dribble a few drops of chilled vermouth from the olive jar into the glass.
6. Add chilled vodka.
7. Serve with olives or a lemon twist
