| In keeping with the GinJah one's cockney connections..I feel a little rhyming slang would be in order to set the scene..and 3 words fit the bill perfectly. smug/drug/thug. Smug: he once grinned so widely after a witty retort aimed back at some poor, unassuming American male (married with 3 kids and enjoying the 'good life' in Ohio, couples and females only thanks) ..that his mythical (yet paradoxically true) huge earlobes fell off.
