Wednesday, July 15, 1997 -- Two month marker..

I missed the two month marker..I think I'll used the ides from now on.. Well, I discovered today that this journal is going to be critiqued. I didn't know when I signed up for the mailing list that that was going to happen. But, on retrospect, it was what i was looking for when I joined up. It's more than a month away, which should give me something to think about, and a chance to critique others along the way.

I'm really looking forward to the trip to Champaign, IL this weekend. Most of the #bisex people who live any reasonable distance from there are going. Mikki, one of our ops is probably travelling furthest, with me coming in a close second. I've been planning this trip for months now.
Originally it was just LadyDawn and I car pooling to meet some of the regulars who live in the Indiana/Illinois area. I suggested something like this trip last year, but never got around to organizing it. When I came back from my leave of absence [Barbara] had largely got it planned.

Eventually, Mikki decided to go, and she's driving the furthest of us all, I think. I suspect today will be her last day online, before heading for LadyDawn's city in West Virginia.

I'm planning on leaving Thursday night, and going back up to Azura's in Tennessee. Then on Friday, driving to meet Mikki and LadyDawn in WV. Piling into someone's car, and going from there to Champaign.

LadyDawn has promised me a blowjob. The drink! The Drink! I have no idea what it is, except that it's supposed to be creamy, chocolatey, and alcoholic. I'm not much of an alcohol-drinker, since I didn't even start until about a year ago. Beer makes me want to brush my tongue. I got tipsy/happy on half a glass of sweet wine, once. I decided not to push it. One of my goals in live is to never be drunk.

When I got home I discovered about the critiques, and felt a combination "WooHoo!" and "Oh No!" I'm still balanced between the two, maybe once i do a critique, and read some of the others' critiques and journals, I'll feel better. Two of my regular-read journals are on the list, so those should be interesting weeks:)
