I picked up this week's Metro Times (the Detroit alt-weekly) and found this at the bottom of Lynda Barry's Ernie Pook's Comeek:

I'm sure the offer is legit. Once Lynda placed a message under her comeek (with the same address) saying that she would answer any questions on a postcard regarding pets or music. So I sent a postcard with some questions about her radio preferences and any bossa nova suggestions. I got a lovely letter in return - one I've kept, but haven't managed to dig up. A sure sign that I've got to do some spring cleaning.
