Welcome to my small page.  I am 38 years old (at least until November.) I have dark brown hair that's getting gray with hazel eyes and 6'-1" tall.   By profession I am a PC Technician, and have been working on PC's for about four to five years now. I can say that I am certifiable (not crazy, Certification repairing and upgrading general class PC's ( Packard Bell, Acer, Gateway, Dell)  I am also Certified to work on Hewlett Packard PC's, Printers and IBM personal and professional computers.

I attended Augusta Technical Institute where I obtained Associates Degrees in the fields of both Electronic and Electromechanical Engineering.

My Hobbies/Interests include:

  • Cooking (especially Cajun, or anything hot and spicy)

  • Grilling and Bar-B-Queuing. 

  • Playing the guitar and writing songs

  • Web page design

  • Going to the beach and sailing, my favorite beach is Hilton Head Island.

  • Dancing and dining out and going to movies (sci-fi, Action and Comedies, not into Horror.)

  • Musical taste includes Blues, Jazz, Country and old rock and Beach music.

I hope you enjoy your stay and maybe learn a few things as well.  I am going to try to express my love /hate relationship with Dieting and my joy for Southern Cuisine.  I will share with you a few old time recipes, with both the  traditional and non-traditional methods of cooking, that way you'll be able to see how it was done then, but the healthier way I am trying to keep the taste and tradition strong and  alive today.
