R 1999ex Gold Package

  • 1 Hour Preventive Maintenance per week. (minimum 1 hour, no maximum limit)

  • 24 Hour response on emergencies. No additional charge on Emergency hours.

  • Unlimited Phone Support

  • Unlimited Travel

  • At least 20 hours corrective maintenance per quarter. (3 months. Not limited to 20 hours)

R1499ex Silver Package

  • 2 Hour Preventive Maintenance bi weekly. (limited to 2 hours, additional hours charged)

  • 24 Hour response on emergencies. First 4 hours FREE, thereafter charged per hour.

  • Unlimited Phone Support

  • Unlimited Travel

  • At least 10 hours corrective maintenance per quarter. (3 months. Limited to 10 hours)

R 999ex Bronze Package

  • 1 Hour Preventive Maintenance bi weekly. (limited to 1 hour, additional hours charged)

  • 24 Hour response on emergencies. First 2 hours FREE, thereafter charged per hour.

  • Limited phone support to 10 minutes per call.

  • Unlimited Travel

  • At least 5 hours corrective maintenance per quarter. (3 months. Limited to 5 hours)


No Package

  • All maintenance charged at R 180ex per hour.

  • 48 Hour response on emergencies. ALL hours billed at R 180ex per hour.

  • Phone support charged at a flat rate of R 30ex.

  • Corrective maintenance at R 180ex per hour.

  • Server support at R 299ex per hour.


Any additional hours charged in contracts are charged at R 180ex per hour. This includes server support and corrective maintenance.

Corrective maintenance hours can not be accumulated. Corrective maintenance will take place on weekends or holidays. This is to prevent downtime and disruption of services within the school.

Contracts are a guideline and can be made flexible for individual school needs.

Custom contracts can be drawn up depending on each schools needs.
