My name is Hydy Paige. I am an alumni of Denison University, and while there, I was involved in the Fencing Club, Denison International Relief Effort, Outlook and the Denison Gaming Guild. An avid fantasy reader, I decided to become a writer at the end of my freshman year of college. My Junior Semester Abroad in Ireland only encouraged me further and inspired my first full-length novel, as well as my first published work, Shattered Dreams. I spent the summer after graduation in Australia being inspired by the work of Katharine Kerr, Kate Forsyth and R.A. Salvatore.

I write both high fantasy and vampire fiction, with an occasional speculative fiction story thrown in to spice things up. I am also a freelance editor. I edited books for Zumaya Publications and their sister company eXtasy Books. I have recently moved on to edit for Mojocastle Press.
